    We used Vietnam Fast Track for arrival and departure as well as having a driver to and from the hotel. Everything was seamless. Upon arrival, we were in the Tan Sơn Nhat airport for less than 30 minutes start to finish. The general line was 6 rows deep and would have take well over 30 minutes to get through when arriving.     We come a few times a year and this is a MUST! Just came back yesterday and was probably our best experience to date. In and out of Noi Bai airport within probably 6 minutes. The gentlemen assigned to us for Vietnam Fast Track even helped take bags and walked us all the way out side to where we were going.

    Once in the terminal there is stand, easy to find. They are polite. They walk you to a dedicated lane. Then you walk to get your luggage and they walk you outside. If you have used their car service they take you to a spot to wait for the vehicle. I don’t know what they do if you don’t use their car service. Vietnam Fast track was nice and efficient.

    I initially thought we might not need to do this fast track service, but after reading reviews I decided to do it. WOW!! It is 100% worth it. When we arrived with a couple of other planeloads of people, we were immediately met at the gate – literally – and ushered ahead of an extremely long line of people waiting to go through customs, maybe a couple of hundred people, and brought to a SPECIAL line with only ONE other couple! We were through customs in about 2 minutes, and the walked to the baggage claim, walked to a waiting car, and were at our hotel about 15 minutes later. I imagine some people on our flight had barely made it through the first line by then.
    On the departure, we were met at our hotel, not only ON time, but the car was waiting outside our lobby before WE got there, and again, ewe were met curbside. The representative walké us, again, to the very front of the airline check in line – which probably had about 50 or more people on it, where we were called so fast I couldn’t even find my passport yet. Then he took us to the security line of 2 people ahead of us, and thanked us and we said goodbye. All this while several hundred others were still waiting on a big long line.
    I don’t fully understand the arrangement with all the various agencies, but it WORKS! We actually felt guilty, but would we do it again? Without the slightest hesitation. Just buy this. The airport is super chaotic, but these people just walk you through it, and cut ahead of all the lines. Fantastic service and VERY friendly, laid back employees.

    This is a fantastic service. The Fast Track staff were waiting when we deplaned and we sailed through. We had one gentleman who was our guide, and he was attentive and very pleasant.     This time saved me about one hour. I noticed a couple at the airport who were on my flight – and they happened to be staying at my resort. We entered the airport at the same time and even though I had checked luggage, I still managed to arrive at the resort about one hour ahead of them. It is just the beginning of the season so I didn’t think it would take very long in any case, but I have come to Vietnam many other times and the arrivals for customs was a madhouse with hundreds of people lined up to be processed. I use fast track every time I arrive and depart now. Also the young man who greeted me and walked me through was very friendly and had a great smile.

    Very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and did not arrived Da Nang Airport until almost 4:30 PM so at that point we probably didn’t need the Vietnam Fast Track. However, had we arrived at the original arrival time of 1:24pm on a Sunday afternoon, for sure the service would have paid off. Ariel was very helpful and walked us all the way out and gave instructions on how to grab our car we rented.

    A family of four; we have used Vietnam Fast Track on both arrival and departure. On arrival the Tan Son Nhat airport wasn’t too busy, but we found it worthwhile, because we had peace of mind knowing that if the Tan Son nhat Airport was busy we would get through fast. On departure, however, the airport was very much crowded, and we cleared security in 5 minutes. We have also used the airport transfer both ways. The team is very professional and courteous.
